Having trouble signing in with your provider? Here are some solutions to some common problems:
Q: When I try to sign in with my TV Provider (Spectrum or other TV Provider) on my iOS device, I get a blank web page with an error message that says “SC 400” or "SC400". How do I fix this?
A: This is a known issue that our team is currently investigating. In the meantime, we have provided a workaround below:
1. Open iOS device settings
2. Select TV Provider
3. Deselect "FXNOW", or "Nat Geo TV" (depending on the affected app.)
4. Open the app and proceed to the "Have a TV Provider?" screen
5. Select "Allow"
6. Scroll to bottom of the picker and select "Other TV Providers"
7. You'll be taken to a screen where Spectrum (or your specific TV Provider) should now be available
Q: Why don't I see Charter Spectrum as an option?
A: If you don't see Spectrum listed in TV Provider list, scroll all the way to the bottom of the list, select "Other Providers" and select Spectrum from the next page.
Q: I'm having trouble switching to a different TV provider on my iOS device. How can I change my provider?
A: To change the provider being used to log in, the following steps should help:
-Go to the My Account menu, which can be accessed via the "little man" icon at the bottom right-hand corner of your screen, as pictured below:
